🌙 Pick Up Night Shifts. Keep Your Flexibility. Make an Impact.
Looking for a way to pick up additional nursing shifts without committing to a full-time schedule?
Southern Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide PRN night shift coverage at the Cullman County Jail.
PRN nursing gives you flexibility while allowing you to continue providing meaningful, hands-on patient care. You'll work in a structured, secure correctional healthcare setting where your clinical skills make a difference every shift.
🗓️ How PRN Scheduling Works
PRN flexibility comes with an important responsibility: reliable coverage when you commit to a shift.
Our online scheduling exchange allows PRN team members to view available shifts and communicate their availability in advance.
PRN team members are asked to provide at least four available dates each month for scheduling consideration. Holiday availability should also be provided in advance when possible so the team can plan coverage.
The primary need for this position is night shift coverage, with shifts running 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Scheduling is based on facility needs and available shifts, with established Full-Time and Part-Time schedules receiving priority.
