Concept Rehab is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join the rehabilitation team at our Columbus, Ohio, skilled nursing facility. • Evaluate residents' speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and resident goals.

• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other rehabilitation professionals to coordinate resident care.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress in accordance with applicable clinical and regulatory requirements.
