Rocky Mountain Care Hospice is seeking a compassionate and experienced PRN Weekend Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled, patient-centered care throughout the Salt Lake City area.
This is a great opportunity for an RN looking for flexible PRN weekend work, independence, and meaningful one-on-one patient care.
What You’ll Do
- Complete hospice nursing visits and comprehensive patient assessments
- Provide skilled nursing and comfort-focused care
- Monitor changes in condition and respond to patient needs
- Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers
- Coordinate care with our interdisciplinary hospice team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Make independent clinical decisions within your scope of practice
