Pro Shop/Cart Attendant
- Continually monitors, implements, and adheres to all company goals, policies, procedures, and controls
- Assists golf professionals with checking in golfers and maintains a properly functioning tee sheet and pace of play
- Assists with receiving merchandise and adheres to purchase order procedures
- Assists with the rotation of shop displays
- Brings carts from the cart barn in the morning and returns them to the cart barn at the end of the day
- Cleans, fuels, and checks carts after each use
- Ensures the carts are available for player use at all times
- Receives and communicates complaints to the Pro Shop
- Works closely with Pro Shop staff to prepare for and conduct golf tournaments
- Maintains an organized stock room and assists the buyer and other shop assistants with stock and golf shop cleanliness
- Assists with pricing of merchandise
- Assists with maintaining proper inventory counts and levels
- Performs other duties as requested by the Head Professional
- Provides service in any and every way; goes the extra mile to provide the standard of service guests expect
- High school education or its equivalent
- Must be able to fluently speak and write English
