Process Analyst - México

Role Purpose

This role is responsible for driving after-sales process excellence and operational performance across an authorized dealer network in Mexico.

The Process Analyst acts as a strategic partner to dealership teams, ensuring compliance with established standards, leveraging operational data to identify improvement opportunities, and supporting the implementation of sustainable actions that enhance workshop efficiency, customer experience, and service quality.

This is not a purely audit-focused role. It is a collaborative, analytical, and relationship-driven position for a professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, translating operational insights into meaningful improvements, and influencing performance outcomes across a dealership network.

Contract: temporary - hybrid.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Monitor compliance with established after-sales processes, operational standards, and business guidelines across the dealer network.
  • Conduct periodic operational reviews to assess adherence to required procedures and identify process deviations.
  • Document findings, communicate observations, and provide constructive feedback to dealership leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Follow up on identified gaps and track corrective actions to ensure effective resolution.
  • Promote a culture of operational discipline, process consistency, and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze after-sales operational data and key performance indicators to assess dealership performance.
  • Identify trends, risks, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Monitor indicators related to workshop productivity, efficiency, customer service, operational compliance, and performance quality.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide clear visibility into network performance.
  • Convert data insights into actionable recommendations that support business objectives and operational excellence.
  • Evaluate workshop operations, resource utilization, productivity, and service delivery effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows, capacity management, and overall performance.
  • Partner with dealership teams to understand root causes of performance challenges.
  • Support initiatives focused on improving service operations, workshop efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across the network.
  • Develop and coordinate improvement plans to address operational, process, or performance gaps.
  • Collaborate with dealership management and operational teams to define corrective actions and priorities.
  • Establish objectives, timelines, accountability frameworks, and follow-up mechanisms.
  • Monitor implementation progress and evaluate the effectiveness of agreed actions.
  • Escalate significant risks, recurring issues, or critical findings when appropriate.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to dealership teams on process compliance, operational performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders regarding process standards and operational requirements.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with service managers, workshop leaders, and dealership leadership teams.
  • Understand operational challenges and help develop practical, realistic, and sustainable solutions.
  • Foster a partnership-based approach focused on improvement and business success rather than solely compliance monitoring.
  • Prepare and maintain regular reports on process compliance, operational performance, and improvement initiatives.
  • Present findings, trends, risks, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of reviews, action plans, performance indicators, and follow-up activities.
  • Communicate operational insights clearly, enabling informed decision-making across the organization.
  • Ensure visibility of key risks, opportunities, and performance developments.

Candidate Profile:

Experience & Capability

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, Process Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of professional experience, preferably within the automotive industry.
  • Experience in after-sales operations, dealership management, process improvement, quality management, consulting, or operational excellence environments.
  • Exposure to dealership operations, authorized dealer networks, or OEM environments is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience analyzing operational KPIs and supporting performance improvement initiatives.
  • Previous involvement in operational audits, process reviews, or compliance assessments is advantageous.

Technical Strength

  • Strong understanding of process management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of automotive after-sales operations and workshop performance management.
  • Experience analyzing operational metrics, performance indicators, and service-related KPIs.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Ability to prepare professional reports, presentations, and business recommendations.
  • Knowledge of process mapping, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Familiarity with dealer management systems and automotive operational platforms is desirable.
