An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Process Analyst to join a major enterprise transformation program supporting the implementation of new Service Management capabilities within a complex environment.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, architects and delivery teams to analyse, document and optimise end-to-end business processes across key operational domains.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements.
  • Analyse and document current and future state processes.
  • Develop process maps and business documentation using Visio.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation.
  • Support business process validation, testing and user acceptance activities.
  • Collaborate across business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
  • Contribute to large-scale transformation initiatives involving operational process redesign.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven Process Analyst, Business Analyst or Process Improvement experience.
  • Strong telecommunications industry experience.
  • Solid process modelling and documentation capability using Visio.
  • Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement expertise.
  • Experience supporting transformation or system implementation programs.
  • Active NV1 security clearance.
Highly Desirable
  • ServiceNow experience.
  • FSM, TSM or SOMT exposure.
  • Telecommunications transformation program experience.
  • Knowledge of TM Forum frameworks.
