Process Analyst

Vistex Process Analyst will be responsible for maintaining departmental processes and procedures. Responsible for administrative functions of the Project Delivery Team, including document management, tool administration, and ensuring quality and accuracy of information on departmental activities. Collaborate with resource management team to analyze resource staffing needs. Assist senior members of the Vistex Operations team with facilitating and coordinating project activities

Responsibilities:

• Work with resource management team to identify staffing needs
• Collect, analyze operational data and publish reports
• Analyze and produce resource availability reports to management for reviews based on resource staffing needs
• Ensure support documents are created and distributed/posted in timely manner
• Curate meetings and publish meeting minutes
• Manage notes taking during important management meetings
• Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
• Support and assist team members in planning small scale social events
