What you'll do

Involve all members of the organization in continuous improvement in daily activities.

Assist managers in identifying and understanding their organization's problems through daily work dynamics.

Mobilize teams in process optimization: increasing productivity, reducing costs, and decreasing lead time.

Train leaders and teams in continuous improvement and Lean tools.

Support the development of team leadership.

Create and ensure information flows both upward and downward.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.

A B2 level of English or higher is essential.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Process and Planning Engineer to join our International Automotive Operations team, although the location of the position will be at our corporate headquarters in PAMPLONA.

EXPERIENCE IN THE LOGISTICS FIELD

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Knowledge and experience in planning and process adaptation.

Knowledge and experience in the automotive sector.

Lean knowledge.

Experience in implementing and integrating projects.

Advanced Excel skills.

Knowledge and experience with CAD tools.

Knowledge in Logistics and Supply Chain in Industrial Services.
