About the role
Process Automation Manager with a focus on dashboards and Power BI. The role involves designing and developing dashboards for executive leadership and operational departments, leading automation and digital transformation projects from requirements gathering through to full-scale implementation, and translating business requirements into KPIs and intuitive data visualizations.

About you
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Process Automation, including at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial role
Proficiency in Power BI: Power Query, Data Modeling (Star Schema), DAX, Row-Level Security, and Power BI Service/Gateway
Strong SQL skills and understanding of database structures (SQL Server, MySQL, or equivalent)
Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps
Advanced Excel skills (Power Pivot, Macros/VBA)
Understanding of data integration from ERP, MES, or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Ability to collaborate across various teams and explain technical concepts in a way that is easily understood by others
Analytical and systematic thinker; seeks ways to reduce redundant tasks
