Process Cell Manager Finishing

Job Summary

We are looking for a Process Cell Manager who will coordinate all other functions in factory to plan, organize and control production in overall operations/ specific process to ensure that products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard.

This position will be based in Binh Duong, Vietnam

What you will do

As a Process Cell Manager Finishing, you will:

• Be responsible for the operation of production line.
• Manage the results of production key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure safety, product quality, machine efficiency etc.
• Coordinate between different working processes of the whole production line
• Manage team and employee development
• WCM Activities in the Factory
• Follow and promote safety norms and standards

We believe you have

• At least 5-6 years experience at managing production or a technical area or a small team.
• Strong TPM or WCM experience and mechanical background.
• Basic Knowledge of Tetra Pak production processes With multi-process experience will be an added advantage
