Process Commissioning Engineer

Discussion
Supports pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing, handover, documentation, and coordination with operations and contractor teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate pre-commissioning, commissioning, and project handover activities.
  • Review commissioning procedures and ensure compliance with safe working practices.
  • Participate in site implementation and follow-up of commissioning schedules.
  • Witness pre-commissioning and commissioning inspections and validate results.
  • Coordinate with operations, production, EPC contractors, and commissioning teams.
  • Maintain commissioning records, reports, operating instructions, and handover documents.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical / Process Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in petrochemical / oil & gas industry.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-commissioning and/or commissioning roles.
  • Knowledge of commissioning procedures, operating instructions, log sheets, DCS, PLC, and plant systems.
  • Fluent in English and computer literate.
