Process & Customer Support Engineer (South Region, Tainan)

1. >2 years and above in semiconductor fab environment.
2. Experience or knowledge for the applications of AOI (optical defect inspection) and optical metrology is a must.
3. Inspection and metrology recipe fine tuning is a must.
4. Backend advance packaging process knowledge is a big plus.
5. English read/speak/writing capability is necessary.
6. HW trouble shooting experience is needed.
