Process Cycle Engineer

SCOPE AND PURPOSE

To ensure the verification and optimization of processing cycles, in particular the implementation, in compliance with PEF (Financial business plan) and planned production targets and time/quality/quantity parameters for the area of responsibility. To Process documentation preparation.

RESULT AREAS / MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Optimizes working cycle
• Designs process documentation and keep it updated making it available for production
• Prepares production routines
• Defines and optimizes manual operation/nonstandard operation

• Evaluates Ergonomy (OCRA/NIOSH etc.).

  Qualifications & Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field

• 3–5 years of experience in Manufacturing or Process Engineering (preferred)

• Hands-on exposure to manufacturing processes such as: Blanking, Punching, Induction Hardening, Grinding and Disc production

• Experience in automotive components manufacturing is an advantage

• Good understanding of production environments and shopfloor operations

• Basic knowledge of Cycle time optimization, Line balancing, Productivity, scrap reduction and efficiency improvement

• Familiarity with key production processes including Blanking, Punching, Induction Hardening, Grinding, Washing and Inspection

• Understanding of process flow and routing in disc production

• Basic knowledge of: Tooling and fixture concepts, Machining parameters

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (including GD&T), Understand Bill of Materials (BOM) and process routing, Perform cycle time analysis and time study

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach in a production environment

• Willingness to work on the shop floor and actively support production-related issues

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Good communication skills in both Thai and English

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Production, Quality, and HQ teams
