Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer-RPA Automations

As an RPA Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support for the implementation and maintenance of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and solutions. You will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting RPA software, creating, and maintaining documentation and procedures, and providing support to end-users and other stakeholders, assist in the maintenance of maintenance activities, upgrades and other PMO related activities.

In this role, you will closely work with Tech Leads, Senior developers, and managers.

You will be an individual contributor and take ownership of tasks assigned to you.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot RPA software and solutions to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues with RPA tools and solutions, including identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Create and maintain documentation and procedures related to RPA tools and solutions, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other stakeholders, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to RPA tools and solutions.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions with other systems and processes.
• Participate in testing and validation of RPA solutions to ensure compliance with business requirements and standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest RPA technologies and trends and recommend improvements to existing RPA solutions based on industry best practices.
• Development/Maintenance of Workflows in any RPA tool like Automation Edge independently.
• Independently perform Automation Deployment of the use cases
  
  

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications/skills

• B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/ECE
• Strong hands-on Java or .Net experience, Python, SQL and PowerShell, any RPA platform experience (AutomationEdge would be preferred)
• Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills

• Supporting certificates in any RPA tool
