Description
1. 製程開發經理負責開發特定製程如沖壓製程，推動 SRAM 供應鏈品質、交期、產能和製程能力績效的持續改進。 以及管理工程師以及工程支援團隊，並且協助持續改善活動，訓練工程師執行有效率的工程活動以及在日常生活中示範好的工程做法。
任職者必須有能力領導技術專案，通過與內部相關者（工程經理、供應商管理經理、品質經理和價值流團隊主管）建立積極的關係來促進跨職能協作，並簡化複雜的工作以解決問題並推動成果。
2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Set up department objectives to meet product launch& production quality
設定符合新產品準時上市即符合量產品質的部門目標
- Manage the cooperation and conflict across different function teams
管理跨部門的合作與衝突
- Communicate effectively & build the trust with related managers and directors
有效地與相關部門主管溝通及進一步建立互信關係
- Guide team members to solve the problems by both logical & systematical thinking
引導成員透過邏輯性及系統化思考解決問題
- Work with team members to create Employee Development Plan and evaluate& improve team members’
performance
與部門成員完成發展計畫並評量及改善部門員工績效
- Hire A players as organization’s need
招募符合公司組織需要的A級人才
- Create& sustain manufacturing knowledgebase to help team members to become Subject Matter Experts
創造及持續維護製造的知識庫來幫助成員成為製造領域的專家
- Manage SDE resources and develop department plans to meet S3 objectives
管理供應商開發單位資源，擬定人才培育計畫以符合S3目標
- Plan& execute yearly expense and capex
計畫及執行年度花費及預算
- Communicate& align with cross function
溝通及協調跨部門事宜
JOB DESCRIPTION
3. QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education and/or Equivalent Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical Engineering department or related
機械相關科系學士或以上學歷
- 該職主要會聚焦在沖壓製程開發領域。
7+ years of experience working and expertise in the relevant manufacturing field.
在相關的工程或製造領域有 7 年以上的沖壓製程工作經驗
KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):
- 3 years + engineering manager
三年以上工程部門管理經驗
- TOEIC 600 + or can communicate in English fluently
英文 TOEIC 600 以上或可用英語流利溝通
- Good at 2 + manufacturing processes, e.g., forging, machining, molding, stamping, anodizing...
對於所有製造程序需至少熟悉兩項以上，例如鍛造，CNC加工, 射出成型, 沖壓, 陽極等
5.
•國外總出差需2~3次 (可能中國，美國，德國或葡萄牙)
•晚上conf call，每周需2~3次 ，每次約30 分鐘
