Process & Documentation Intern
As a Process Documentation Intern, you will contribute to improving the quality, clarity, and
consistency of internal documentation. Working closely with subject‑matter experts, you will help
document how processes and tools operate in practice and support the standardization of operational
practices within the team.
This internship offers hands‑on exposure to real operational processes in an international environment
and is ideal for a student interested in process analysis, documentation, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Key duties and responsibilities
- Review existing documentation related to processes, procedures, and tools within the P&C
Operations team - Work with subject‑matter experts to understand how processes operate in practice
- Document processes, procedures, and tools in a clear, structured, and consistent way
- Maintain and organize documentation in shared repositories (e.g. SharePoint)
- Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of operational documentation
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a 2nd year (or above) of an Engineering or Business schoolStrong interest in processes, documentation, and structured ways of working
Ability to capture, structure, and formalize information clearly and accurately
Comfortable interacting with stakeholders and translating discussions into clear written
documentation
Well organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage several documentation topics in parallel
Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Fluent in English (written and spoken) – all documentation and discussions are conducted in
English
