Process Engineer 1 (NPI)

Resposibility

1. New product introduction (NPI). Prototyping, Qualification, and Launch of RF filter products.
2. Conduct Engineering Sample, DOE, Prototype, EVT, NTI, and Clean launch lots.
3. Plan, schedule, and conduct technical review board (TRB) meetings to release the new products.
4. Collaborate with development and process engineering on new technologies interaction with new product design.
5. Process Integration and Parametric Yield improvement by collaborating with Japan counterpart on running DOE and corner binning lots.
6. Ensuring prototyping inline Yield, CpK and defectivity meeting the target before release to Mass production.
7. Perform die to module level yield correlation and establish product specifications that meet the target of product release
8. Achieve NPI department KPI’s on-time delivery by meeting Product Yield and Quality Target

Required Experience and Skills

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Master's in Electrical, Mechanical, Material, and Chemical Engineering or other science fields.
2. At least 1 year of experience as NPI, Process Integration, or Product Engineer in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
4. Process semiconductor experience in AOI, photolithography, sputtering, plating, bonding, backgrinding, and dicing.
5. Deep understanding of either semiconductors and/or RF acoustic devices.
6. Deep understanding of advanced RF Characterization: S-parameters, hot S-parameters, load pull, IMD & harmonics generation, noise emissions, and thermal measurement.
7. Knowledge of FMEA, Statistical process control, and 7 QC tools.
8. Strong problem-solving skills: 8D, Fishbone diagram, and others
9. Programming, macro, and scripting creation (is desirable)
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office, JMP, Agile
11. A proven track record as a team player on an engineering team, preferably with experience functioning effectively in a multi-cultural, multi-geographic engineering environment.
12. Demonstrated strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with attention to detail

Desired Experience and Skills

1. Programming Phython, VBA macro, and scripting creation (is desirable)
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, JMP, Agile
