Purpose Of Position:

• Design process for New Products
• Understand CTQ of product inline to END application to design the manufactuing process
• Create more poke yoke into process to reduce human dependency
• Design a process with Lean Manufactruing principle
• Bring automation to reduce human dependency where-ever possible
  
  

Job Description:

• Owner for prcess design and development
• Has the responsibility for TTT & TTV. Co-ordinate the entire project interms of planning and execution from TTT to TTV
• Participate in Design Reviews, PFMEA, Design for Manufacturability.
• Establish proposed production process flow and Evaluating product design changes arising there of.
• Establish product qualification plans and reliability test sequences by working with CFT
• Disposition of product approval and tool qualification requests.
• Disposition First Article Inspection reports on new /refurbished tooling for existing products.
• Interaction with the various engineering centers of Molex for getting information as and when required.
• Initiate team reviews when a project becomes critical and obtain management support when required.
• Assit manufactruing PE for Value engineering projects as when needed
• Drive for continous improvement in respective areas
• Participate in Lean activities wherever assigned
• Ensure compliance with all molex policies & procedures in all related areas
