As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage wafer manufacturing processes to achieve quality, yield, and production targets.
- Collaborate with global Technology counterparts to align processes and qualify new processes, suppliers, and consumables as required.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process capability improvements and yield enhancement initiatives.
- Coordinate the troubleshooting of process issues and yield losses to ensure timely resolution.
- Drive continuous process improvements and implement permanent solutions to address recurring process and quality issues.
- Develop and implement best practices, standard procedures, and innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
- Perform statistical data analysis to identify process improvement opportunities and interpret process performance data.
- Apply structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, Fishbone, DOE) and risk analysis tools (e.g., FMEA) to resolve process issues and mitigate risks.
