1. 製程維護、異常處理與持續改善。
Maintain manufacturing processes, troubleshoot process abnormalities, and
implement continuous improvements.
2. 建立及優化製程條件，並監控與分析製程結果。
Establish and optimize process conditions, and monitor and analyze process
performance.
3. 提升產品良率，並執行產品失效分析及改善。
Improve product yield and perform product failure analysis and corrective actions.
4. 執行部門相關計畫，並規劃、建立及更新製程文件。
Execute departmental plans and establish, maintain, and update process-related
documentation.
5. 執行主管交辦之其他相關工作。
Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

※ 2-On, 2-Off Rotating Shift Schedule
