Process Engineer Coating

Job Summary

Tetra Pak Pakistan is looking for a qualified individual to join us as a Process Engineer Coating. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Process line in terms of efficient and effective running of the process. To perform the analysis of the losses in the Process, propose and ensure implementation of actions derived from analysis to improve all KPIs.

What you will do

• Responsible for KPIs of the production processes: planning, control and follow-up. (Including equipment efficiency and all relevant KPIs for equipment or process/ production line)
• Working site management and be responsible for safety
• Take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure safety, product quality, machine efficiency etc.
• Coordinate among different working processes of the whole production plant
• Execution of the daily management system with the production team. The aim is to identify the sporadic deviations in the processes and eliminate the losses
• Active participation in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) Pillars as a tool for continuous process improvement
• Member of the Focus Improvement Pillar and/or Autonomous Maintenance Pillar Leader
• Management of WCM improvement teams and projects
• Working with benchmarks to standardize processes
• Create and ensure implementation of work instructions

We believe you have

• At least 2-3 years experience at production area.
• Bachelors degree in engineering.
• Strong background in WCM analysis and tools (including the usage and implementation of relevant digital tools)
• Analytical and expert in Process Parameters measurement and improvement techniques.
• Preferred experience in Quality/ Other Production process/ Maintenance or WCM.
