Process Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process design and optimization, particularly within the brewery industry. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Design and optimize processes for brewery operations, focusing on efficiency and quality. - Create and maintain PFDs and P&IDs to accurately represent the processes and systems in place. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. - Conduct process simulations and analyses to validate design concepts and operational performance. - Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations throughout the design and implementation phases. - Provide technical support and guidance to operational teams to troubleshoot process-related issues. Required Skills: - Proficiency in creating and interpreting P&IDs and PFDs. - Strong understanding of brewery processes and operations. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information.
