Location: Cirencester
Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 + Training, Medical, Great Pension, Free Canteen
Are you a Process Engineer looking to take ownership of manufacturing improvements and work with the latest production technologies?

Following continued success, they are expanding its engineering teams and offering an excellent opportunity to play a key role in developing and improving manufacturing processes.
You will have the chance to work on process development, automation and continuous improvement projects, helping drive manufacturing performance while developing your own technical expertise.
The Role:
- Improve manufacturing processes.
- Drive Lean and continuous improvement.
- Introduce automation and new technologies.
- Carry out process testing and fault finding.
- Optimise CNC programmes.
- Maintain quality and compliance.
What They're Looking For:
- Process or Manufacturing Engineering experience.
- Regulated manufacturing experience.
- CAD/CAM experience.
- CNC knowledge.
