Process Engineer for Bucheon site

We are seeking a motivated Process Engineer to support semiconductor process development, optimization, and manufacturing improvement activities. The successful candidate will work closely with Process Integration, Device, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to improve process performance, yield, and reliability for next-generation power semiconductor products
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Perform process characterization, data analysis, and DOE (Design of Experiments).
- Investigate process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support yield improvement, defect reduction, and process control activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new technology development and production ramp.
- Prepare technical reports and present findings to engineering teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of semiconductor process engineering experience.
- Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and process control methodologies.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools such as JMP, Minitab, or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in SiC, power semiconductor, or wide bandgap technology.
- Experience in technology transfer, yield improvement, or process qualification projects.
