Be responsible for optimizing standard product processing technology and formulation of SOP , trial-run of new products, equipment selection, commissioning and acceptance, and coach the employees of the fabrication center, assist the project engineer in product problem analyzing and solving , make labor cost calculation, ensure fully realization of fabrication center objectives
