The Role & Your Impact

As a Process Engineer / Senior Process Engineer, you will take technical ownership of the granulation process and help strengthen product quality, process capability, and manufacturing performance.

You will work at the intersection of engineering, science, and manufacturing, collaborating with global experts and cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges and bring innovation into large-scale production.

You will:

• Take technical ownership of the granulation process, driving improvements in product quality, process capability, and manufacturing performance.
• Solve complex process and equipment challenges using data, engineering fundamentals, and scientific thinking to identify constraints and develop sustainable technical solutions.
• Lead technology transfer and new product introduction projects, working with global experts and cross-functional teams to move innovations from development into large-scale manufacturing.
• Drive process troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and optimization, turning process data into sustainable operational improvements.
• Contribute to productivity, technology development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Master’s or PhD degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Particle Technology, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in process troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process optimization, with the ability to translate process data into sustainable operational improvements.
• Good English communication skills, including speaking, listening, and writing.
• A strong drive to achieve results by developing technical expertise, innovating and improving technology or ways of working, or leading challenging projects.

Additional Skills & Interests We Value

• Experience with granulation, fluid-bed processing, powder handling, particle engineering, or related unit operations.
