Process Engineer (Human)
Your mission & challenges
You'll take ownership of our production processes and make sure they don't just run – they run smoothly. In practice, that means:
Analyzing existing production workflows and processes at each workstation to spot where there's room to improve.
Getting to the bottom of things when disruptions pop up: digging into root causes and turning findings into concrete process adjustments.
Leading work teams through the implementation of changes and continuous improvement initiatives in workstation design.
Preparing decision papers for management – clear, well-founded, and to the point.
Acting as the interface to Engineering, bringing forward requirements for design changes.
Defining process KPIs to measure and track quality and productivity in production.
What we can look forward to
Digging through complex data and drawing the right conclusions – no problem for you.
Lean Management, Six Sigma, or process simulation are second nature to you.
Keeping the overview as a project lead even with several things going on at once.
A close eye on process quality, making sure industry standards are met.
Spotting cost-saving potential and knowing how to put it into practice.
New technologies and technical systems spark your curiosity, not your skepticism.
Teamwork, clear communication, and a bit of leadership are simply part of who you are.
