The Process & Systems Engineer is responsible for reviewing, improving, and documenting business processes and workflows to support efficient day-to-day operations and future business growth.
This role works with different departments to identify opportunities for process improvement, develop practical workflow solutions, and ensure that procedures and systems are clearly documented and consistently followed. The position will also support the use of digital tools, automation, and business systems to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Review current business processes and identify areas for improvement, simplification, and standardization.
- Develop and improve workflows that support efficient and consistent operations.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, work instructions, and related documentation.
- Assist with the implementation and improvement of business systems and digital workflows.
- Support automation and the use of AI-enabled tools where appropriate to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, HR, Finance, and Operations teams on process-related initiatives.
- Help establish and monitor process performance measures and efficiency indicators.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and recommend practical solutions to operational issues.
- Assist in preparing process documentation and records required for internal reviews, audits, compliance activities, and business expansion.
- Help ensure that processes and systems remain organized, scalable, and adaptable as business requirements change.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Practical experience in process improvement, operations, systems, or workflow development is an advantage.
- Experience working with SaaS, technology, or digital business systems is preferred but not required.
- Experience participating in process improvement projects or working with cross-functional teams is an advantage.
- Familiarity with automation, AI-enabled applications, data tools, or system integration is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with process mapping, workflow analysis, optimization, or continuous improvement techniques.
- Ability to convert complex processes into clear and practical documentation.
- Professional attitude, good interpersonal skills, and willingness to work collaboratively.
- Willingness to learn company-specific systems, processes, and requirements as the organization grows.
