Process Engineer Intern

Job Responsibility:
-Improve product performance and provide technical solution for engineering field to achieve yield, quality, cycle time and productivity goals;
-Investigate & analyze involved processing & equipment factors, to implement engineering qualification & project as required;
-Lead improvement project from aspects of quality, yield, cost and production flexibility, and support production floor to maintain the better manufacturing performance;
-Qualify new products program/recipe and follow up for better manufacturability;
Requirements/Qualification:
-Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (or graduating soon) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
-Internship, lab, workshop, or project experience in manufacturing, testing, maintenance, or process improvement is a plus.
-Comfortable with Excel and common productivity tools; exposure to lab, quality, or production systems is a plus.
-Interest in process improvement, quality, equipment, or operations, with a willingness to learn on the job.
-Able to follow technical instructions, safety requirements, and standard operating procedures.
-Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
