Process Engineer
Job Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day engineering and technical support for assigned manufacturing processes.
Monitor and analyse manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in productivity, quality, cost, and efficiency.
Develop, implement, and maintain process control plans, quality assurance plans, work instructions, and operating procedures.
Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including batch production records, process specifications, critical parameters, and controlled documents.
Review and analyse process performance, identify root causes of production issues, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Lead and manage multiple process improvement projects simultaneously, ensuring projects are completed within the required timeline and budget.
Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other relevant departments to resolve process-related issues.
Ensure manufacturing processes comply with company standards, quality requirements, and applicable procedures.
Practise effective project management and cost control while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Take ownership of assigned processes/components and manage competing priorities within tight deadlines
Requirements
Diploma in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or a related engineering field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
Experience in process improvement, process control, and manufacturing documentation.
Good understanding of quality assurance procedures and process control plans.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions.
Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage a wide range of responsibilities effectively.
Good project management and communication skills.
Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
