Process Engineer
Summary
Optimizes and troubleshoots manufacturing processes for electronics components, using DOE and analytical skills to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Responsibilities
- Study and evaluate new methods and materials to improve current process and manufacturing capability
- Conduct DOE to determine the key process parameters and product characteristics
- Assist production in setting up machine operation procedures and safety guidelines
- Implement new process
- Explore possibility of reducing material standard usage or cheaper sources
- Determine the root cause for sample rejection for process related issue
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering or Diploma with 2 to 3 years’ working experience
- Good trouble shooting and analytical skills
- Independent, creative, resourceful and able to take pressure
- Good communication, report writing and presentation skills
- Fresh graduates are welcome as training will be provided
