Process Engineer (M/F/X) Manufacturing Engineer | Industrialization & Process Improvement Would you like to be part of an international industrial company and participate in continuous improvement, industrialization, and production process optimization projects? We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in manufacturing environments to join a dynamic and multicultural team, contributing to the development and implementation of new industrial projects. (Aranjuez area) Responsibilities Development and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Implementation of technical modifications in assembly lines and injection processes. Industrialization and commissioning of new projects and tooling. Technical evaluation of new components. Collaboration with multidisciplinary and international teams. Identification and implementation of improvement opportunities in productivity, quality, and efficiency. Requirements Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar. At least 3 years of experience in Manufacturing, Process, or Engineering areas. Experience in continuous improvement and optimization of production processes. Ability to work in international environments. Sufficient English level to operate in a professional context. Will be positively valued Knowledge of machine vision systems (AOI). Experience in assembly processes. Knowledge of injection components and plastic molding. Experience in industrialization of new products or processes.
