Process Engineer (m/f/x)

A global technology leader in Latina, Italy, is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to enhance production efficiency. You will analyze processes, implement Lean principles, and lead a collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in process engineering, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in both English and operational tools. The role promotes innovation and requires effective communication to drive production success. Analyse and optimise production processes to reduce waste. Monitor production progress to ensure timely orders. Liaise with technical departments for production information. Implement Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen projects. Manage and coordinate department staff. 7-10 years of operational experience in production and process engineering. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools like 5S, SMED, and OEE. Ability to lead teams and promote collaboration. Excellent analytical and synthesis skills. Fluent in English for international communication.
