Process Engineer - Manufacturing & Automation Innovator

A global manufacturing company is seeking a Process Engineer to develop production processes and assist various departments. The role involves solving manufacturing challenges, training staff, and analyzing process data for efficiency. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor’s degree and experience in manufacturing engineering is preferred. This full-time position is based in Fornovo di Taro, Italy with opportunities for additional hours and occasional travel. Develop production processes based on customer requirements. Assist with safety and quality aspects of production processes. Train staff and analyze process data for improvements. Coordinate with teams to resolve manufacturing issues. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required. 1-2 years of experience in Process or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
