三、岗位目的/工作综述 Position Purpose/General Description

This position is responsible for new product developments，product safe launch as well as qualification and introduction of new materials, refining process parameters to improve product in cost/quality/efficiency, leading process trouble shooting within workshop, and providing technical supports to production to achieve on-time delivery targets.

这个职位负责新产品的开发、产品投产，新原料的认证及导入，通过优化工艺参数来提升产品在成本、质量和效率方面的性能，领导车间内的工艺故障排除，并为生产提供技术支持，以实现按时交付的目标。

• Refine/standardize process parameters to improve product in cost/quality/efficiency

• Develop new products and safe launch according to new product develop procedure.

• Responsible for engineering trial efficiency while taking key trial elements into consideration and make DOE

• To develop all technical documents for new products (e.g. product set-up sheet) and update timely

BS Engineering or equivalent

专业要求

Major

Major in mechanical engineering, plastic engineering or chemistry-related Major

工作经验

Work Experience

Over 3 years working experience in extrusion, plastics processing, rubber processing, injection molding industries experience is also acceptable.

3年以上挤出、塑料、橡胶加工工作经验、注塑行业工作经验亦可。

培训经历 Training Experience

• Six sigma/lean training

6 sigma/精益培训

• ISO system training

ISO体系培训

知识、技能及等级要求 Knowledge/Skill and Level Requirement

知识要求 Knowledge Requirement：

• Rich experience in mechanical engineering or plastic engineering

具有丰富的机械工程或塑料工程经验

• Good oral and written English is plus

英语口语和书面表达能力良好者优先

• Familiar with LEAN & QCC, 6 sigma experience is plus

熟悉精益和质量控制，有6西格玛经验者优先

技能要求 Skill Requirement：

• Plastic extrusion experience is required
