Industry: Injection molding / medical device manufacturing
Experience: 4+ years in manufacturing; silicone injection molding a big plus
Education: BS in Engineering or related field preferred
Must-have skills: injection molding, mold validation, SPC, DOE, GD&T
Equipment exposure: vision systems, robots, end of arm tooling, automation, packaging
Tooling: quoting, procurement, modification, validation of new and existing molds
Vendor management: coordinates changes, approves tooling, works with outside vendors on component validations
Process improvement: cycle time reduction, scrap reduction, cost reduction, ISO compliance
Soft skills: cross-functional team player, good communicator, able to train Process and Mold Technicians
