+3 years as process engineer or industrial engineer.

Fiber Optics knowledge.

Problem solving methodology.

Lean manufacturing.

Leadership and teamwork skills

Mathematic and stadistic competence.

Excellent written and spoken English.

YOUR TASKS

Time studies and line balancing

Development and improvement of the manufacturing process

Perform engineering tests and samples validation runs

Production operators training about the manufacturing process and lean manufacture methodology

Follow up LPA process / Quality assurance / Assure customer requirement

Accomplishment of the engineering department objectives

Customer claims follow up

Development and implementation of CIP.

Give support to production lines / Material samples validation

TPM program follow up / Tools and fixtures control / New product introduction.

Fixture development / Capacity studies / Training matrix control
