Process Engineer (Semiconductor, east/north)

Working hours: Mon to Fri, office hours

The Job:

  • Monitor and analyze SPC/ESPC performance, investigate process excursions, maintain control charts, and drive improvements in process capability (Cp/Cpk).
  • Perform data analysis using tools such as JMP, Klarity ACE, SPACE, and PROMIS to support DOE studies, yield improvement, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
  • Lead process change management activities, including PCRB, qualifications, recipe validation, and documentation updates to ensure process compliance and successful implementation.
  • Drive new process and equipment startup, qualification, and acceptance, working closely with Equipment Engineering to ensure timely deployment and robust process performance.
  • Identify chronic process and yield issues.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers, collaborate across Manufacturing, Equipment, and Quality teams, and ensure compliance with TS16949 quality standards and best-practice benchmarking initiatives.

The Talent:

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor wafer process engineering
  • Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
