Process Engineer (Semiconductor)

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and sustain semiconductor manufacturing processes to improve yield, quality, and productivity.
• Investigate process issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor process performance using statistical analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Equipment, Quality, and Engineering teams to support new product introduction and process transfer.
• Support process qualification, validation, and documentation while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Analyze manufacturing data and recommend process enhancements to improve product reliability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in process engineering, yield improvement, or process optimization.
• Familiar with SPC, DOE, FMEA, or statistical analysis tools will be an added advantage.
