Job Description
- Identify and evaluate problems / root cause of process inefficiency
- Identify and source for the potential improvement method to improve process efficiency (Quality, Cost, Delivery and Environmental)
- Lead Project Team (Engineers and Technicians) on process improvement and development activities.
- Develop process digitization concepts and drive big-data analytics for process knowledge improvement
- Work closely with relevant departments to work on improvement plans/ projects
- Present and manage project schedule, cost and completion deadline
Job Requirements
- Degree in Chemical, Metallurgy, Materials Science and Engineering or equivalent, preferably with more than 3 years of relevant experience
- Degree in Mechatronics Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent, preferably with more than 3 years of relevant experience
- Diploma in abovementioned fields, preferably with more than 6 years of relevant experience
- Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes, programming and sensor deployment
- Sound knowledge in Process Improvement Methodology
- Willing to travel
