Job Summary

Growing automotive manufacturing company is seeking an Entry Level Process Engineer to support daily manufacturing operations, process improvements, and production performance initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career engineer who is highly analytical, organized, and interested in developing hands-on manufacturing experience.

The selected candidate will work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to support operational efficiency, data analysis, and continuous improvement activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Support daily production and manufacturing activities
- Analyze production data, downtime, scrap, and operational trends
- Create and maintain reports, trackers, and process documentation
- Support process improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction
- Participate in continuous improvement and Kaizen activities
- Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Monitor KPIs and support management reporting
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Support implementation of engineering and operational changes
