Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Engineer. The Process Engineer will be responsible for optimizing and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.

Responsibilities:

· Analyze existing manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

· Develop and implement process optimization strategies.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process issues.

· Design and implement process changes, including new equipment and technologies.

· Monitor and analyze process data to ensure product quality and consistency.

· Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedure (SOPs).

· Participate in new product development and introduction (NPDI) projects.

· Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

· Proven experience in process engineering or process optimization.

· Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and methodologies.

· Proficiency in process simulation and data analysis tools.

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

· Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
