Process Engineer
Summary
Process Engineer documents and improves manufacturing workflows for switchgear production, ensuring consistency and efficiency across facilities in Singapore and overseas.
Responsibilities
- Document and define factory and production processes and procedures across the Group to ensure consistency and clarity
- Recommend and implement process improvements and automation to enhance manufacturing efficiency
- Deploy and implement production processes and procedures in Singapore and overseas facilities to maintain operational standards
- Manage next-generation production systems for switchgear manufacturing and assembly to optimize production workflows
- Responsible for audits and ensure compliance of factory and process engineering standards across the Group
- Perform additional duties related to operations and process engineering as required to support business needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Fresh Graduates are welcome (Training shall be provided)
- Ability to travel overseas as required
- Initiative and ability to work independently to drive process improvements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to manufacturing processes
- Effective communication skills
