Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment? Tetra Pak is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Process Engineer to join our team in Budaörs, Hungary.
In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing process line performance, reducing operational losses, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. What you will do
- Improve performance indicators through loss reduction methods
- Monitor the production results of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Analyze losses and set effective solutions to reduce or eliminate them
- Drive improvements according to priorities, lead improvement teams
- Ensure the conditions are present for safety, product quality, machine efficiency
- Maintain process or machine conditions by auditing standards
- Create or update work instructions and training materials
- Deliver trainings to the operators
We believe you have
- University or college degree in Technical Engineering fields (Mechanical Engineering degree is a benefit)
- Min. 2 years of experience in the production area
- Fluency in both Hungarian and English
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to take high workload
- Good communicator and presenter
- High level MS Office skills, especially Power Point and Excel
