Process Engineer

A Process Engineer responsible for leading and executing process designs in the form of engineering calculations documented on PFD's, P&ID's, general arrangement drawings, specifications, design basis, and associated lists.

Required:

• B.S. in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in the consumer products industry preferred.
• Knowledge of typical chemicals and fluids used in consumer products applications, interactions with materials of construction, and proper design considerations.
• Fluency with AutoCAD and Fathom (other analysis tools will be considered)

Responsibilities:

• Experience in leading or executing process designs in the form of engineering calculations documented on PFD's, P&ID's, general arrangement drawings, specifications, design basis, and associated lists.
• Understanding of fluid control valves and instrumentation.
• Familiarity with specification and sizing of pumps, heat exchangers, vessels, and other process equipment.
• Great customer relationship skills/management experience.
• Preferably on-site, in plant, and startup experience

Pay: $120K - $180K
