Process Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering and a proven track record of implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to optimize performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that best practices are followed and that projects are completed on time and within budget. Key responsibilities include conducting process audits, utilizing statistical analysis tools such as ANOVA, and articulating findings to stakeholders. The successful candidate will possess a Black Belt or Green Belt certification in Six Sigma and demonstrate expertise in Lean Six Sigma practices. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively are essential for this role.
