Process Engineer
Summary
Process Engineer maintains and improves metal fabrication workflows in an ERP system, coordinates with CNC teams, and ensures quality standards for precision engineering products.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Planned and maintaining process routing in ERP system
whenever there is a new work order launched.
- Coordinate with CNC Programming team on all NPI & FA fabrication.
- Identify opportunities for fabrication process improvement for existing high-runner and repeated jobs.
- Supporting the Quality MRB meeting and advice disposition accordingly.
- Prepare PMP/FMEA and work instruction for FA submission.
- Perform new products' manufacturing studies and develop process control specifications.
- Review process specifications to be in line with changes in product specs, process, and quality improvement.
- Strong decision-making and troubleshooting skills
and methods are essential
Requirement
- Min. Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Engineering-related courses or any
equivalent.
- Min 2-3 years of metal fabrication or precision engineering experience.
- Detail oriented.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated to work independently with team support & minimal guidance.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times.
-Computer knowledge with MS Office, etc.
