About the role
📢 We Are Looking For You! We are looking for a PROCESS ENGINEER (M/F/X) in PEDROLA 📢
What you'll do
-Participate in the optimization and improvement of production processes.
-Analyze production incidents and implement corrective actions.
-Collaborate in the industrialization of new products and processes.
-Perform time and method studies to improve efficiency.
-Prepare and update technical documentation and work instructions.
-Participate in continuous improvement projects following Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
-Provide support in the monitoring of productivity indicators
What we're looking for
- Man or woman, regardless.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Organization, or similar.
- Up to 2 years of experience in an industrial environment (curricular or extracurricular internships will be valued).
- Minimum B2 English level.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and Lean Manufacturing.
- Proficiency in computer tools and the Office suite.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of welding and assembly processes is valuable
- Knowledge of APQP, FMEA
