Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Thin Film is currently seeking applicants for a Process Engineer responsible for all manufacturing automation software and associated hardware systems.

Vishay Thin Film is located in Niagara Falls, NY. The site has a lot of natural beauty to offer including the world-famous Niagara Falls which are just a short drive away!
What you will be doing:
- Develop and maintain operational technology systems, manufacturing software applications, and automated test systems to ensure reliable operation of production and engineering processes
- Perform development, integration, testing, and deployment of software solutions for data acquisition, manufacturing process monitoring, equipment interfacing, and production support applications
- Perform calibration coordination, data review, record maintenance, and documentation activities to support compliance, product quality, and measurement system integrity
- Create, revise, and maintain engineering procedures, work instructions, test methods, specifications, and other controlled documentation
- Support test equipment troubleshooting, system validation, hardware integration, and routine maintenance of servers, PCs, networked devices, and laboratory equipment
- Assist with implementation of process improvements using data analysis, statistical methods, and continuous improvement techniques.
- Support project execution through documentation, progress tracking, testing activities, and coordination with production, quality, and engineering personnel.
What you will bring along:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience with current generation programming languages used for manufacturing test and process optimization
- High level of mechanical, electrical, and electronic aptitude
- Microsoft Office experience required
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality required
Pay Range: $75,000-$85,000 annually
