🔧 Your Responsibilities
- As a Process Engineering Technician, you will:
- Assist engineers with process and equipment validation
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and perform root cause analysis
- Support continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing & 5S initiatives)
- Evaluate manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality
- Assist in developing technical capabilities across departments
- Fabricate and maintain basic jigs and fixtures
- Maintain accurate engineering documentation and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals
- Ensure compliance with safety and manufacturing standards
👤 We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing or engineering support
- Experience working in a production/factory environment
Preferred Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing & 5S
- Understanding of ESD best practices
- Basic project coordination experience
- Able to use basic hand tools and workshop equipment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
